Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role is based in Richardson, Texas, and follows a hybrid work schedule. You will drive the development and execution of advanced test solutions for Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs), designing and implementing automated test equipment (ATE) systems tailored to customer specifications. Responsibilities include creating test strategies, plans, acceptance procedures, and robust verification processes. You will lead efforts to enhance the team’s testing capabilities through planning, coordination, and the development of custom fixtures, as well as RF test setup, calibration, validation, and troubleshooting of complex assemblies to ensure accurate, repeatable measurements. The role also involves developing automated test software using National Instruments LabVIEW, integrating instrumentation and databases to enable scalable, high-throughput testing environments. Additional duties include troubleshooting, failure analysis, root cause investigations for MMIC devices and RF assemblies, product qualification, environmental stress testing, and generating technical reports.
