In this role you will process incoming invoices, travel expense claims, and credit card transactions; manage the accounts payable workflow, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely payment runs and bank reconciliations. You will also oversee our digital expense management system (Pleo) and participate in month-end close and year-end activities under HGB. The ideal candidate has a commercial qualification or studies with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Tax, initial experience in accounts payable or operational financial accounting, and ideally familiarity with DATEV and digital expense management tools. Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, and fluent German and English are required.
