Independently manage accounts receivable (excluding invoicing). Process incoming and outgoing payments using SAP. Prepare and execute payment runs. Post incoming invoices. Maintain accounts and master data. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Perform general accounting and financial reporting. Independently manage the accounting for selected national and international group companies. Qualifications: Completed commercial education (e.g. business college) or a university/university of applied sciences degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, financial accounting, or finance, ideally within an international company. Solid knowledge of Austrian accounting principles and VAT regulations. Completion of an accounting certification course or willingness to develop in this area is an advantage. Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel. Experience with SAP FI/CO or a comparable ERP system is an advantage. Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. Structured, independent, and accurate working style. Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and a solution-oriented mindset.
