The Account Manager will manage the ARDx Cardiometabolic product line, targeting physician offices, hospital accounts, corporate wellness programs, and IDNs. The focus is on point-of-care diagnostic testing using the Afinion HbA1c and ACR assays and the Cholestech LDX platform (cholesterol, lipids, and glucose). The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and end users, collaborating with Technical Consultants and Enterprise Account Managers, and achieving sales objectives. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, expanding business, implementing sales programs, maintaining competitive product knowledge, and coordinating distributor sales teams. The candidate should be able to negotiate contracts and provide technical sales support, training, and marketing assistance to partners. Required qualifications: BA/BS in sales, marketing, business management, or life sciences; 4+ years in medical diagnostics or B2B sales; experience working with distribution partners; strong sales techniques; proven POC/capital equipment sales. Preferred: contract negotiation experience; complex/strategic selling; ability to balance multiple stakeholders.
