Account Executive - Hybrid, Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States

Description: Responsible for business development, negotiation, communication, and client relationship management across designated markets to promote our services to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

Maximize territory potential by identifying and targeting prospects, qualifying leads, and conducting client meetings.
Perform outbound prospecting, including cold calling, and conduct in-person meetings to drive sales and build a consistent pipeline.
Meet individual activity goals and sales targets as defined by management, including performance plans.
Actively participate in team meetings, share ideas, and collaborate with colleagues.
Communicate GDH services and job opportunities to clients and address concerns; coordinate with recruitment teams when needed.
Continuously source new prospects and business leads to grow the client base.
Participate in networking groups and community programs to expand GDH's presence in the local market.
Develop a strong understanding of GDH's services, offerings, and business objectives; contribute to planning short- and long-term goals.
Ensure client documents are accurate and up-to-date, including drug tests and background checks when required.
Adhere to company policies and procedures; verify work for accuracy to ensure quality.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
