Lockton is seeking an experienced, dynamic client services professional in the Employee Benefits space to join our team as Account Executive I. The ideal candidate will build and nurture client relationships, deliver strategic benefit solutions, and contribute to the growth of Lockton's Employee Benefits Practice. As an Account Executive, you will lead marketing, client servicing, and strategic consulting for prospective and current clients, with accountability for developing and delivering benefit programs that meet client needs. Collaboration and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues are essential, as is a passion for relationship building both internally and with clients. Responsibilities include: Maintaining relationships with existing clients by implementing proactive initiatives to ensure satisfaction and engagement; Understanding client requirements and providing strategic planning and consulting, including RFPs, vendor responses, analysis and recommendations; Consulting with clients on options, vendor services, fees, strategies, and goals; reviewing large claims and monthly experience; Building and maintaining relationships with carriers, broker servicing networks, and other providers; Overseeing issue-resolution between clients and vendors; coordinating market selection for new and renewal business on designated accounts; Supporting day-to-day administrative activities related to servicing client accounts; negotiating program terms and costs; Mentoring and training junior staff; staying informed on industry trends, product development, and government regula
