Overview: Hawaii Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the ABA program and clinical team across Hawaii, including Honolulu. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure sustainable growth, high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and excellent outcomes for clients and families. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day program operations, supporting growth and financial viability, developing policies and procedures, monitoring quality and compliance, cultivating partnerships, leading staffing and training for RBTs, BCBAs, and program coordinators, and coordinating with clients, families, and referral sources. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of leadership in healthcare/ABA or related human services, strong organizational and communication skills, data-driven decision making, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include BCBA certification and experience with ABA platforms such as CentralReach. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid holidays.
