Synapse Medicine, a HealthTech scale-up focused on drug safety through AI and Big Data, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a strategic healthcare product vertical from discovery to adoption. You will lead a multidisciplinary squad including medical experts, a product designer, full stack engineers, infrastructure and AI engineers, and work closely with Sales, Customer Operations and other departments across the organization. Our products leverage AI and operate in a regulated medical-device environment, so knowledge of the related regulatory considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities - Vision and Roadmap: own the squad roadmap in coordination with the Chief of Product and aligned with company priorities; prioritize with impact and value frameworks; define success metrics. - Delivery and Quality: manage the backlog, write functional and technical specifications with acceptance criteria and test cases, ensure agile practices, oversee sprint and release management with QA; own end-to-end delivery from idea to production and ongoing maintenance; establish clear KPIs and monitor them with the Tech team; translate the product vision into design mockups with the design team; ensure compliance with medical device regulatory requirements across the lifecycle including certification support, documentation, impact analysis and traceability. - Impact and Cross-functional: support Sales and Customer Operations in client meetings to assess medical and technical needs; build clear business cases and quantify business and user impact; coordinate across interdependent teams includi
