Fin, the AI Customer Agent company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and drive product outcomes for Fin’s AI customer agent platform in Dublin, Ireland. In this role you will deeply understand customer problems through research and direct feedback, translate them into actionable plans, and collaborate with design and engineering to ship world-class software. You will scope solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship early, continuously evaluate impact through qualitative and quantitative measures, and maintain product quality across releases. You will motivate and lead a team of smart professionals and manage a wide range of stakeholders. The position is hybrid, with in-office presence in Dublin, Ireland at least three days per week. Requirements include 5+ years of product experience with a track record of shipping impactful products, strong collaboration with design, experience leading a team, excellent stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach using both qualitative customer insights and quantitative data.
