We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and continuously improve key parts of the rider journey within the Rider Core Product. You will identify friction points and unmet needs through data, research, and direct user feedback, and drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction across our rider-facing platform. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of rider journey features, translating business goals into clear problem statements and high-impact opportunities, validating ideas through experiments and rapid prototyping, and balancing short-term wins with long-term platform improvements. You will build strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other teams; align stakeholders around clear goals and success metrics; and communicate vision, progress, and trade-offs effectively.
