Exoticca is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to design efficient, scalable, and user-centered experiences across both internal platforms and customer-facing web products, with a strong focus on tools used by operational and business teams. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and high-impact interfaces aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include conducting user research in operational environments, running usability tests, and analysing data (e.g., analytics, heatmaps) to understand user needs, validate decisions, and improve workflows. You will create end-to-end designs including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring scalability and consistency. You will optimise usability and accessibility (WCAG) for complex systems and work closely with developers to implement design specifications, using the Design System to maintain consistency across teams. You will drive data-informed improvements through A/B testing and iterative design based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
