Mission / What will be your mission: - Strategic support: Work with HR teams to define and land the tasks arising from requirements, establishing a clear roadmap and a governance model tailored to specific needs. - Quality management and stakeholders: Define compliance with quality standards and actively involve different teams and stakeholders. - Execution guarantee: Continuously monitor to ensure plan efficiency, proactively identify deviations and trigger corrective actions to meet objectives, deadlines and deliverables. - Monitoring and continuous improvement: Evaluate project development to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring success and proper resource, timeline, and responsibilities allocation.
