We are seeking an IT Support Engineer I to provide technical support at Vericast locations, diagnosing and resolving faults, performing routine preventative measures, and deploying new hardware to users.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Provide Windows desktop and server support including patch management and vulnerability management, along with system hardware refreshes.
Work with ServiceNow to manage incidents and support Windows and various business applications.
Provide on-call support and coordinate upgrade deployments that may occur at night or on weekends.
Train and support users with varying levels of IT knowledge; collaborate with other IT staff and departments.
Identify process improvement needs and communicate them to leadership.
Adapt quickly to new processes and technologies; participate in project-based work as assigned.
Create and document standards and procedures; analyze failures and prioritize resolution efforts.
Support users and systems in a fast-paced, changing environment; maintain a positive attitude.
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar) and understanding of security best practices (patching, endpoint protection, least privilege).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; A+ certifications preferred.
