Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email in a timely manner.
Make outbound calls to provide updates on installation and service status.
Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department.
Enter and maintain all customer records in the CRM database.
Generate and distribute reports related to uninstalled orders and accounts receivable prior to scheduled meetings.
Provide support for assigned divisions and assist with escalated customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.
Process electronic payments (credit card and checks).
Assist with receiving products in the CRM/F&O systems.
Support divisions in accounts receivable collections and management.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED.
5 years of customer support experience preferred.
Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
Service-oriented, team player with high energy, capable of multi-tasking and working well with others.
Clear verbal and written communication; experience with multi-line phone systems helpful.
Excellent work ethic, strong attendance record, and attention to detail.
