You will join the Customer Application, a mobile-first self-service tool used by over 800,000 users, currently undergoing a technology refresh to improve scalability, performance, and accessibility compliance across the European footprint. Responsibilities include leading and managing testing teams and QA professionals (2+ years leadership experience); developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and end-to-end test plans; overseeing risk identification, bug lifecycles, and release procedures; acting as a strategic bridge between technical and non-technical teams, providing clear reporting on quality metrics; and mentoring and developing team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
