Showroomprivé, a major player in European e-commerce with 21 million members, is looking for an Assistant Product Manager to support the Marketplace Product Manager. You will assist with maintaining and evolving the Marketplace application to meet the needs of internal Marketplace teams (Key Account Managers, quality teams, etc.), sellers/partners, and end customers.

Responsibilities

This internship offers exposure to multiple roles within one company: legal, payments, tax, IT, logistics, etc. Qualifications: strong relationship-building and organizational skills, analytical mindset, business- and data-oriented, comfortable with numbers, proactive, and excellent written and spoken English and French. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required; knowledge of Power BI and Mirakl is a plus. What to expect: a stimulating and reward

Manage the Marketplace backlog: create and resolve tickets on the platforms used, handle support requests requiring enhancements, report bugs to the relevant teams, and track progress. Communicate updates related to legal and fiscal requirements.
Project management: review user stories, produce detailed requirements for developers, ensure testing on desktop and mobile apps, and inform sellers and integrators about new features or legal information.
Train internal teams and vendors on new processes.
Innovate: implement process automation tools with AI and document processes.
