Roamly, a leading provider of specialty mobility insurance, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive execution for a diverse consumer portfolio including RV insurance, carsharing, and F&I protections. Roamly is a Lloyd's Coverholder and an AI-first insurer that combines carrier partnerships with proprietary technology to unlock new revenue while managing risk. This role focuses on end-to-end product delivery from discovery to post-launch iteration, across multi-channel distribution and AI-enabled workflows. You will own the product development lifecycle, define objectives and success metrics, translate goals into detailed specifications, design intuitive UX/UI, and generate production-ready wireframes. You will accelerate engineering delivery by leveraging AI coding tools, actively unblock velocity, and collaborate with Engineering to ship features. You will manage the Roamly product backlog with Engineering and Design, lead QA/UAT, resolve defects, and conduct data-driven iterations to optimize features and distribution strategies. You will also drive change management, write release notes, and train Sales and Service teams to ensure successful product adoption. Operational scope includes developing knowledge bases and SOPs for AI Agents, optimizing the Quote-to-Bind experience across Digital, AI Agent, Embedded, Captive Agency, and Independent Agents, and enhancing the Customer Portal.
