Oscar Health is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Member Coverage & Support Platform product team. Based in Los Angeles (Marina del Rey), this hybrid role owns a large, technically complex area spanning coverage data integrations, APIs, billing and payment workflows, and the tools our support teams use to resolve member issues. You will set the vision and strategy for this part of Oscar’s operating model, modernize legacy tooling, and ensure the platforms scale to meet seasonal peaks and high-pressure moments in healthcare. This is a deeply cross-functional role that partners with Engineering, Operations, Data, Design, and business leadership to translate complex systems into clear priorities and to balance member experience with operational performance and platform reliability. You will lead and develop a team of product managers and report to a Director of Product Management.
