Counterpart is an insurtech platform reimagining management and professional liability for the modern workplace. We built the Agentic Insurance system, where advanced AI and deep insurance expertise come together to proactively assess, mitigate, and manage risk. As a Technical Product Manager, you own the product direction for a Pod, engaging directly with brokers, carriers, internal partners, and customers to identify what matters. You translate learnings into initiatives, break them into launchable projects, and write high-level product requirements for each one. You partner with an Engineering Lead who handles the technical side. Together you produce a plan that is sized, funded, and staffed. Once a project is funded, a Project Lead rounds out the requirements and communicates them back to you. You own the outcome, not the execution. You report to the Head of Technical Product.
