Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise O2C transformation from strategy through design, implementation, stabilization, and adoption.
• Serve as the primary business transformation lead for the O2C workstream and partner with the PMO Lead to mature the enterprise transformation organization.
• Drive business process engineering including current-state assessments, process mapping, future-state design, harmonization, workflow redesign, gap analysis, operating model development, and continuous improvement.
• Support ERP implementation and integration initiatives, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream, ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive materials; produce executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials.
