Responsibilities

• Build a robust pipeline by actively sourcing and screening healthcare professionals through cold calling, leads, social media, and referrals.
• Be the dedicated point of contact for assigned healthcare professionals, guiding them through all stages of the placement lifecycle including pre-employment tasks, resume support, reference checks, submissions, interviews, compliance, travel, and onboarding.
• Assess qualifications by verifying licenses, experience, and education against requirements.
• Clearly explain compensation packages and highlight the advantages of a travel career to candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as compliance and payroll to ensure client standards and accurate compensation.
