PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an On-site Marketing Manager for a student housing community in Syracuse, New York. The Marketing Manager will act as a team leader, supporting the Property Manager to achieve revenue, occupancy, resident retention, marketing, and leasing goals. The Marketing Manager will act as a team leader, supporting the Property Manager to achieve revenue, occupancy, resident retention, marketing, and leasing goals. This on-site leader will train, develop, and oversee a leasing team and ensure the brand is accurately represented at the community level.
Who You Are: • A self-starter who can take on responsibilities, generate ideas, and deliver results • You provide exceptional customer service and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • You have knowledge of marketing techniques directed at college students and are able to coach your team while holding yourself accountable for their success
What You’ll Do: • Assist with brand management to ensure consistent representation at the community level • Analyze sub-market trends to develop strategic marketing and advertising plans that drive qualified leads aligned with the business strategy • Review targeting, lead generation quality, advertising, messaging, websites, and collateral for accuracy and relevance to lead generation goals and brand awareness • Supervise the planning and execution of lease-up events, renewal parties, property events, and competitions as approved by the Executive Director • Collaborate with the Executive Director to help on-site staff build relationships with colleges, vendors, and prospects • Develop annual property marketing plans • Develop and manage Resident Programs • Use established sales and marketing strategies to increase
