About the role

Workstreet is seeking a strategic and analytically-driven GRC Commercial Analytics Manager to join our Business Operations organization. In this senior, individual-contributor role that also manages a team, you will sit at the intersection of GRC expertise and commercial deal execution, serving as the final internal approver for pricing, contract structure, and service scope on deals involving security and compliance frameworks. About the role

Workstreet is seeking a strategic and analytically-driven GRC Commercial Analytics Manager to join our Business Operations organization. In this senior, individual-contributor role that also manages a team, you will sit at the intersection of GRC expertise and commercial deal execution, serving as the final internal approver for pricing, contract structure, and service scope on deals involving security and compliance frameworks. You will lead a team of Proposal Analysts and establish robust deal-approval workflows within HubSpot and Juro, while ensuring data hygiene and accurate financial analyses across systems.

What You'll Do - Act as the final Deal Desk approver for non-standard contracts, custom pricing structures, and service-scope exceptions across GRC engagements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST). - Evaluate contract redlines and negotiate commercial terms across MSAs, SOWs, and order forms in collaboration with Legal, Sales, and Customer Success. - Manage end-to-end deal approval workflows, set guardrails, thresholds, and escalation paths. - Build pricing models, margin dashboards, and analyses to evaluate profitability of discounts, custom configurations, and new services. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Proposal Analysts; establish playbooks to accelerate turnaround. - Optimize quote-to-close by updating templates and delivering enablement for GTM stakeholders. - Govern commercial data hygiene across HubSpot, Airtable, and StreetSmart; audit active items to catch anomalies. - Translate data into actionable BI, build custom reporting, and automate data
