This role oversees delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations, manages client relationships, drives profitability, and champions continuous improvement initiatives while supporting growth across assigned accounts. Key focus areas include compute infrastructure, hybrid cloud solutions, storage platforms, data protection and disaster recovery, IT automation and orchestration, and service delivery and client success. Responsibilities include serving as the primary delivery leader for assigned client accounts, driving service quality and operational discipline, monitoring client satisfaction programs, leading post-incident reviews, and ensuring up-to-date client documentation and processes. Lead distributed technical teams, conduct performance discussions, foster collaboration, manage forecasting, resource planning, and governance, and ensure compliance with processes and reporting.
