We are seeking a Sales Manager fluent in Russian to own the Russian-speaking iGaming market for a B2B technology provider. The role reports to the Head of Commercial and works alongside other geo-focused Sales Managers, an Account Manager, and a Technical Account Manager. The territory is yours to develop, with performance visible to the Executive Committee.
The Russian-speaking operator market is highly active and fast-moving, requiring relationship-driven, technically informed conversations in Russian. The company offers a portfolio including a games aggregation platform with 7,500+ titles, a Player Account Management (PAM) platform, turnkey casino and sportsbook solutions, managed services, hosting, and AI-enabled capabilities.

What you will sell: - Games aggregation platform with 7,500+ games from 100+ studios via a single API - Player Account Management platform with wallet, bonus engine, CRM, back office, multi-brand and multi-currency functionality - Turnkey casino and sportsbook solutions - Managed services, hosting, and business intelligence solutions - AI-first capabilities for fraud prevention, payments, KYC, bonus management, reporting, and operational automation
What you will own: - Market ownership of the Russian-speaking regions, including mapping, target account planning, competitive positioning, and territory strategy - Weekly forecasts and quarterly targets - Local market intelligence on regulation, payments, player preferences, content trends, and opportunities - Full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, qualification,
