Role overview: Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs that deliver differentiated product value, accelerate commercialization, and drive customer and financial outcomes. Responsibilities include owning program execution from concept through delivery, commercialization, and post-sale value realization—ensuring alignment across product, engineering, manufacturing/supply chain, commercial, and customer teams; orchestrating integrated hardware and software product delivery with engineering, product management, and operations to manage dependencies, risks, and milestones; aligning pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies with product value propositions and broader business objectives to ensure readiness for launch and scale; enabling early customer adoption and demand generation by collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success to support pilots, proofs of concept, and launch readiness; driving measurable business outcomes by owning program KPIs, including adoption, bookings, r
