About the role

Rippling is rapidly expanding its international product portfolio across payroll, HRIS, and Time. As we enter and scale new markets, we’re seeking a Group Product Manager, International, based in London, to shape and execute Rippling’s international product strategy across our premium payroll markets. This role will own cross-cutting product initiatives in Time, HRIS, and Benefits that apply across multiple geographies, and may provide short-term support for individual markets. The role blends country-oriented thinking with platform-first building and requires navigating ambiguity to identify high-leverage opportunities and deliver scalable products for complex local requirements. This role is hybrid (London-based with a mix of remote and in-office work).
