Intellectsoft is seeking two Embedded AI Engineers to join a newly established AI Center of Excellence. In this role, you will move beyond traditional software development to drive AI implementation across the business, collaborating with internal AI Champions to identify high-value use cases and redesign workflows using AI-first principles. You will orchestrate, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and ensure their integration into the company’s infrastructure. Key requirements include proven experience in building and deploying AI agents and LLM-based solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), a strong hands-on software engineering background with AI orchestration frameworks, experience with API integrations, prompt engineering, and workflow automation, and excellent communication skills to translate business needs into AI logic. English proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate. Nice to have: experience with dynamic LLM routing layers. Responsibilities include collaborating with AI Champions to build and orchestrate new AI agents; redesigning workflows (e.g., sales automation, ticket disposition, RFI/RFX responses) using AI-first principles; working with the core engineering team to integrate AI workflows; assisting in AI enablement and internal upskilling during targeted training phases.
