This role focuses on optimizing the sign-up flow and on-site conversion, partnering with marketing to translate first impressions into committed sign-ups, and working with engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts in cross-functional squads to deliver measurable improvements.
You will: - Deliver high-impact growth initiatives within your product area, aligned with business and customer outcomes. - Collaborate across your squad to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable work. - Use agile methodologies and a test-and-learn mindset to learn what works and accelerate value for pet owners. - Shape the Growth product roadmap with cross-functional teams spanning product design, engineering, and marketing. - Identify and prioritize improvements to conversion, satisfaction, and cohort value; back decisions with data insights. - Define customer outcomes and metrics using OKRs, tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders. - Work with the Product Designer and Squad Lead to refine the backlog and ensure alignment with goals. - Validate new features through user research, market insights, and prototyping.
