Skinmetal is seeking a Student Sales Representative & Brand Growth Lead to drive brand growth in Belgium. Based in Petit-Thier, this hybrid role combines on-site outreach, partnerships, and product demonstrations with entrepreneurial ownership. You will own the strategy for bringing Skinmetal to life in the local market, building partnerships with student organizations and local businesses, conducting in-person outreach and product demonstrations, and turning conversations into orders and ongoing accounts. You will track outreach, sales activity, and customer feedback, and represent Skinmetal professionally to students and partners while collaborating with the founder and CEO to test ideas and grow the brand. What you'll do: Drive brand growth on campus and in the local community by creating partnerships and activations; conduct in-person outreach and product demonstrations; develop creative sales ideas and local partnerships; convert conversations into orders and manage ongoing accounts; track outreach, sales activity, and customer feedback; represent Skinmetal confidently and professionally. What we offer: $15+ per hour plus commissions; up to 10 hours weekly to start; flexible, part-time schedule; primarily in-person sales and business development; some evenings or weekends may be helpful; based in Petit-Thier, Belgium; opportunity to earn additional performance-based commission.
