We are rapidly expanding across European markets and plan to extend into additional countries next year. OrderYOYO’s mission is to help cafés and restaurants succeed online by offering personalized, branded mobile apps, websites, and tailored marketing, ensuring small to mid-sized restaurants are not paying high commission rates and have full control over their success. As a Field Sales Manager, you will cover gastronomy businesses in your region with a field-based role and regular travel. You will present our digital tools, win new customers, and build long-term relationships — with significant entrepreneurial freedom and support from our telesales team.
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
Your responsibilities include: - New customer acquisition in the gastronomy sector (B2B) - Consulting and presenting our digital tools - Supporting new and existing customers - Planning and executing your own sales strategies - Collaboration with the telesales team
We offer: - Base salary plus uncapped commissions (45,000 – 60,000 EUR per year) - Company car, fuel card, laptop & smartphone - Regular trainings & leadership programs - Clear career progression and development opportunities - A positive, team-oriented work environment - National meetings and two large company events per year
