Senior Environmental Project Manager for Customer Implementations is part of a small team organized to launch and support SES operations or provide backfill as needed. It reports to the Implementation Team Manager and may supervise multiple exempt and non-exempt staff. The role will be deployed to new and existing customer locations to plan and direct all on-site or remote activities at highly complex client locations with revenues over $0.5 million, involving storage, transportation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and related services in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. You will manage on-site personnel or third-party contractors, serve as liaison between client and vendors for service issues and contract management, and maintain safety and environmental standards. You will identify regulatory, business and personnel concerns and develop and implement processes and solutions. You will work with management to develop a strategic project roadmap and operating framework. The assignment will continue until the sites have permanent personnel to service the project. Travel is approximately 85% of the time. The position is remote, but you must reside in or relocate to Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, or Ohio.
