Position: Platform Engineer Lead - ServiceNow Overview: UPMC is seeking a full-time Platform Engineer Lead to provide technical leadership for the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) engineering team. This role designs, develops, supports, and continuously improves ITSM capabilities including Incident, Major Incident, Change, Request, Problem, Knowledge, and related platform components.
