About the role

DocMedico is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to lead and execute our marketing strategy in the health-tech sector. Based in Munich, Germany with a hybrid work arrangement, you will drive content and performance marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email, paid campaigns) and manage external agencies and freelancers. You will strengthen DocMedico's brand positioning in the healthcare market in alignment with our Brand Style Guide and tone. You will plan and oversee campaigns for new customer acquisition in collaboration with the Sales and Partner Management teams. You will analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and optimize budgets and activities based on data. You will lead and develop the marketing team, with growth potential, and represent DocMedico at trade shows, events, and collaborations with associations and partners in the healthcare sector.

You think strategically but also enjoy hands-on work, and you ideally have leadership experience or the desire to take on team responsibilities. You are communicative, creative, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently. Fluent German (minimum level C1) and proficient English are required. Experience in healthcare or with practice/clinic clients is a plus but not required. Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Ads, and other common marketing tools is preferred.
