Lead end-to-end UX design across product areas and platforms
Create seamless user experiences through user-centred design
Drive design leadership and strategic planning of design initiatives
Contribute to branding initiatives and design guidelines; maintain Figma component library and design systems
Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Conduct usability research; balance user needs with business goals
Mentor junior designers; participate in weekly UX critique
Advocate for UX across the business and communicate its value
Requirements
6+ years of UX experience
Proficiency with prototyping tools (Figma, XD, etc.)
Strong understanding of user psychology
Accessibility expertise
Experience mentoring / leading junior team members
Ability to juggle multiple projects
Excellent communication and collaboration
Self-motivated and ambitious
