The Social Sweethearts, a digital media and games company, is seeking a Working Student in its Editorial team to create content focused on an African-American audience. Responsibilities include creating original visual content from scratch, using generative AI tools and image prompting, producing content quickly and in line with our policies, identifying viral formats, researching social media trends, and adapting existing content to feel authentic to the African-American audience. The role requires enrollment at a German university (ideally in media, communication, linguistics, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field), strong organizational skills and professional English, and experience in content creation for this audience. You should have attention to detail, an interest in digital content and editorial workflows, confidence using AI tools, the ability to follow clear guidelines, basic analytical skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks. Availability to visit the office once a week is ideal. The position is based in Dortmund, Germany with hybrid work options and beautiful office spaces in central Dortmund. English is the office language in a multicultural and diverse team with remote work flexibility.
