This supervisory role will coordinate the processing of victim contact information, case documentation, and the validation of case files across multiple case management systems, ensuring timely notification in support of FBI responsibilities. Responsibilities include supervising VNAs, VOSS, and CENP teams; fulfilling requests for victim services providers; supporting VNS and program coordinators; overseeing data processing, validation, and QA/report generation; creating VNS accounts after approval; preparing and presenting materials in briefings, meetings, and training; reviewing weekly reports; updating SOPs; on-the-job training for analysts; maintaining VNS across Field Offices and headquarters; managing day-to-day scheduling, deadlines, and resources; submitting AWS requests; providing daily attendance reports; maintaining cohesive team operations and customer satisfaction; and supporting program managers to streamline processes.
