NebXcore is seeking a Truck Announcement Controller to coordinate truck bookings and transport schedules, ensuring timely execution and smooth logistics operations. The role involves overseeing end-to-end preparation and execution of truck announcements via manual and automated platforms, securing booking confirmations with transporters, and ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems. You will create and validate bookings through the Truck Announcements Dashboard, maintain booking records in the Wire system with a focus on priority and key accounts, and manage booking relocations and amendments in coordination with controllers. The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders including transporters, buyers, and controllers to resolve issues and support urgent operational needs, as well as monitoring truck movements to provide visibility and timely execution across logistics operations. Additional duties may be assigned by the Line Manager. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field; 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations or a similar role; strong understanding of truck movement, dispatch planning, route coordination, and transportation operations; experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking platforms, or fleet management software; excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and accuracy in handling operational data; effective communication and stakeholder management; and proficiency in Microsoft Office applica
