Responsibilities

• Maximize Commercial and Non-Commercial sales (Healthcare, College & University, Recreation, Business & Industry, and K-12 Schools foodservice operators/bids) for approximately 55+ accounts in the territory by penetrating accounts, ensuring contract compliance, and increasing sales.
• Manage about four broadline distributors by developing strategic marketing plans to engage DSRs, corporate chefs, and business development managers to expand reach with end-user operators.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Territory Sales Reps to coordinate sales activities at the customer account level.
• Develop operator business plans in line with market plans.
• Support and execute product presentations and demonstrations in commercial foodservice kitchens.
• Attend Sales Meetings, Training Sessions, Food Shows, and industry events to network with prospective accounts.
• Ensure accurate operator sales activity is recorded via the centralized reporting system (Salesforce.com).
• Follow the sales process: gather information, uncover needs, present features and benefits, provide solutions, and close sales with a focus on ~60+ assigned operators.
