Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by focusing on existing accounts and developing new opportunities to grow Tremco CPG products in the assigned territory.
• Manage assigned accounts to identify business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, and partnerships with key decision-makers, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities across the territory.
• Build trusted partnerships with customers by leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to identify problems and deliver solutions.
• Develop and deliver annual strategic business and territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Follow the standard sales process to identify prospects, gain customer commitment, forecast sales probability, and close deals.
• Maintain clear, ethical communication with customers and address issues tactfully.
• Create and deliver technical collateral, product prospectuses, presentations, and business correspondence to support the sales process.
• Collaborate with senior staff to coordinate product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers.
