Trucordia is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery for the Data & Analytics team based in Lindon, Utah. You will own the end-to-end workflow from business request to production, including intake, prioritization, requirements, sprint execution, release, and adoption, and will serve as the bridge between Finance, Accounting, Operations, Benefits, and the engineers and analysts who build reports, integrations, automations, and data pipelines. The role combines Agile delivery leadership, business analysis, and technical coordination; you will understand data work enough to challenge estimates, identify risks, and translate between technical and business audiences. You will also leverage AI and automation to handle routine overhead such as status reports and documentation drafts, freeing you to focus on prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.
