Job description: - Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers and obtain quotes. - External and internal procurement of high-quality, cost-effective products and materials. - Inspect delivered goods and services for quality assurance and monitor inventory levels. - Obtain quotes and negotiate contracts and prices. - Maintain material and master data in our SAP system. - Support our development department in procuring prototype parts.

Qualifications: - Training as Office Management Specialist (f/m/d), Technical Business Administrator, Industrial Engineer, or equivalent. - In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management. - Strong SAP skills in MM and PP modules. - Ability to read and understand technical drawings, bills of materials and data sheets. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, and proficient in German and English.
