Role overview: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on finding and winning top talent in competitive markets. You will own end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialist roles, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to design a fair and efficient hiring process that delivers a great candidate experience. You will report to the Head of People & Culture.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, selection, and offers.
Proactively source and headhunt candidates for technical roles.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
Develop understanding of our technology, products and teams to credibly engage candidates.
Understand talent markets, compensation expectations and candidate availability.
Shape and continuously improve selection processes, interview structures, and assessment methods.
Create and maintain structured interview questionnaires and guides for hiring teams.
Support hiring managers to conduct effective interviews and make evidence-based hiring decisions.
Manage recruitment analytics and provide insights on pipeline quality, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and market trends.
