SCAYLE is seeking a Staff/Senior Platform Engineer to architect and evolve our AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, focusing on a robust, secure, and cost-efficient environment. You will drive automation of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (GitLab CI, Terraform) to ensure a smooth, reliable, and secure path to production for all services. You will own critical platform components running on Kubernetes, including scaling strategies, secrets management, and core networking (VPC, ingress). You will design and maintain observability solutions (monitoring, alerting, and logging) using Datadog, OpenSearch, and Fluentd to guarantee 24/7 availability. You will partner with internal development teams as an autonomous consultant, driving operational excellence across the organization.
