The role: We are looking for a Staff Product Manager with the mindset of a CMO, paired with a tech team to turn strategy into product. You’ll collaborate with experts across SEO, SEA, Brand and Acquisition, and develop your own point of view on how search, discovery and traffic are evolving, especially with AI and large language models. Your job is to identify tomorrow’s traffic sources, determine which bets to place, and decide where to invest. You’ll work with engineers to turn bets into products, tools, automations and experiments.

What floats your boat: - Build a point of view on how search, AI and acquisition are evolving and where Click&Boat should invest - Challenge and connect with SEO, SEA, Brand and Acquisition experts to form a clear strategy - Turn strategy into product by using data and experimentation to identify opportunities, then partnering with Engineering to build scalable solutions - Think beyond traffic by connecting acquisition to the full journey from discovery to conversion and revenue

What you bring aboard: - Fluent in English; both strategic and hands-on, capable of defining an acquisition strategy and long-term roadmap while also diving into funnels, landing pages, traffic sources, experiments or metrics when needed
