Fly My Group is a leading provider of group and individual airfare services. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Burnsville, MN office. In this role, you will manage and ensure accuracy in accounts receivable and accounts payable, support month-end close, and work on a variety of projects while collaborating with our finance team and CFO. Responsibilities include performing daily accounts receivable and payable duties, reconciling client payments and credit card transactions to vendors, supporting month-end reporting, managing asset and liability accounts, and assisting with other projects as assigned. Requirements: 1-2 years of accounting experience; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; strong knowledge of posting transactional journal entries; high attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team; proficiency with email and online business tools.
