About the role

Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) shapes Gartner's mission-critical sales and services priorities and collaborates with sales and services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As a member of the GSSO team, you will help drive Gartner's ongoing transformation of the Sales and Services organizations, which deliver approximately $5.3B in annual business and technology insights revenue, partnering with business leaders across Gartner to support a global Sales and Services workforce of nearly 9,000 associates who sell to and service every major function across the enterprise.

About The Role

The Social Media Manager will serve as a strategic partner within Gartner's Social Media team, part of the Content & Social group within the broader Prospect Experience organization. This role shapes how Gartner research, campaigns, webinars, conferences, and thought leadership are discovered across social platforms and employee networks. What you will do:
