Role: We are seeking a dynamic Python Developer to join the Engineering Enablement team. The ideal candidate combines strong Python development skills with an interest in AI technology. You will design and build scalable integrations, write production code, and contribute to AI-powered coding agents that accelerate workflows. Responsibilities: Build and maintain scalable, secure Python APIs using FastAPI; integrate with multiple LLM providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock); work with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation; ensure code quality through tests, type hints, and code reviews; follow best practices; write clean, well-documented code; participate in planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews; collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders; take ownership of features from design to deployment; use Git, Docker, CI/CD. Requirements: 5+ years of Python experience; RESTful APIs, FastAPI; experience with databases; Docker fundamentals; Git and code reviews; curiosity about AI/ML and eagerness to learn new technologies; fluency in English.
