Siemens Industry, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Security Systems to coordinate and deliver multiple small-to-medium security projects with budgets between $250K and $7M. The Project Manager is fiscally responsible for all project aspects, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction. This role supports the Cypress, California branch serving customers throughout the greater Los Angeles area and will report to the Rosemead, CA site about one day per week. Responsibilities include facilitating the execution of project plans for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs; delivering results for defined process steps; guiding technical and administrative staff; acting as a functional resource on projects; contributing to continuous improvement; maintaining client relationships; managing several projects of varying size; pursuing project-specific change-order opportunities; coordinating and pursuing project-specific billing with Accounting and Operations; scheduling commissioning resources; ensuring as-built documentation; and close-out at project end.
