AEI Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Building Assessment division. In this role you will lead and manage capital planning and equity assessment projects, delivering data-driven capital expenditure forecasts and asset-management strategies to guide investment decisions across a broad portfolio of commercial properties, including government, educational, office, hospitality, retail, industrial, and more. Travel regionally and nationally may be required.

Key responsibilities: - Lead Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), monitor construction and renovation projects, and support energy and ADA audit initiatives. - Develop actionable capital expenditure forecasts and reserve planning recommendations; identify deficiencies and prioritize improvements. - Produce clear reports and cost estimates; communicate findings to clients and stakeholders. - Conduct fieldwork: site visits, photography, inventory of building systems; maintain project documentation. - Manage multiple projects with guidance from senior staff; deliver outstanding client service.

Qualifications: - 5+ years of PCA experience. - Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. - Willingness to travel as needed; ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management. - PE or RA preferred. - Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook. - Physical ability to access roofs and t
